There is no registration fee, hotel arrangements and all costs of transfer from and to hotel will be bared by the Agni corporation. There are no special arrangements for air travel. Please book your tickets according to the information mentioned below. Flight details (time of arrival and flight no.) should be forwarded to us.

It is vital for all participants to have arrived at the hotel in Rotterdam on Friday the 4th of July at 1900 hours, 7 PM Central European Time. This means arrival at Schiphol Amsterdam International Airport before 1730 hours, half past 5 PM. The Conference will conclude on Sunday 6th 13.00 hours after lunch.
